Face value is rarely the price you pay. Service fees, facility fees and delivery fees are added at checkout, and they are usually calculated as a percentage — so the cheaper seat carries a proportionally similar load to the expensive one. Read the total before you decide which tier you want.

Timing is the part most people get wrong. The first hour of a public on-sale is the most competitive window of the entire cycle. Early-access and presale lists exist to move committed attendees ahead of that crush; for our events, early access opens 30 minutes before public on-sale.

On seats: for soul and R&B, sightline matters less than sound. A centred seat slightly further back will almost always beat a close seat off to the side of the stacks. If the event is general admission, arriving early for the first act is worth more than any upgrade.

Buy from the official ticketing partner where you can. Resale marketplaces are legitimate, but pricing is dynamic and the transfer rules vary by event. If a link did not come from the promoter or the venue, verify it before entering payment details.

Finally, keep the confirmation email and the mobile wallet pass in the same place. Most entry problems on the night are not fraud — they are a phone with a dead battery and no backup.
