Transit & rideshare
- Nearest transit: Metro B Line to Universal City, then the DASH Observatory shuttle
- Rideshare drop-off: Zoo Drive at Lot C — follow the copper signage
- Shuttle service: Free shuttles every 12 minutes from Lot C, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Doors & box office
- Doors open: 4:30 PM, music at 5:30 PM
- Box office hours: Noon – 9:00 PM on show days
- Will-call: bring photo ID matching the order name
Entry rules
- Bag policy: Clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, plus one small clutch
- Re-entry: One re-entry per ticket, wristband scan required
- Prohibited items: Outside food and drink, professional cameras, umbrellas, weapons

- ADA seating and companion seats: Reserved platforms at both stages, one companion seat per guest
- Wheelchair access routes: Paved step-free routes from Lot A to all stages and restrooms
